Remote Pilot FAA Remote Pilot Knowledge Exam perp:  5 days course- In-person test preparation training for the FAA Remote Pilot Knowledge Exam.  WILCOM Drone Ops Training Team will provide test preparation on all 5 sUAS Topics:  I. Regulations, II. Airspace & Requirements, III. Weather, IV. Loading and Performance, V. Operations.  WILCOM Drone Ops team will assist with Remote Pilot Knowledge test registration including creating a profile in the Integrated Airman Certificate and Rating Application (IACRA) and obtain your FAA Tracking Number (FTN).

 

Drone Hands-on Flight Training:  1 day course- provides hands-on instruction with students using all flight modes (Normal Mode, Sport Mode, Cine Mode).   We incorporate a flight simulator by Real Flight Evolution to assist with your training.  Flight system specific information that may be covered includes upgrading firmware on both the flight system and batteries, charging and maintaining batteries, installing, and using DJI apps, using remote controller settings for different modes, component maintenance and replacement, geo-fencing, and operating the flight simulator internal to the system.

3D Printing Training : This course has been designed for anyone interested in 3D design and learning how to use OnShape CAD  modeling software. You don’t need any previous knowledge or experience to benefit from this course. It will be particularly useful to Architects, Designers, Engineers, or anyone studying in these fields.  Students will learn how to use the OnShape CAD to create your 3D models, but you’ll also gain basic design skills to help bring your imagination to life. Students will build their basic design skills by looking at line, shape, form, and space, before creating and editing 2D line forms that you’ll transform into patterned mandalas and 3D tile wall designs.
